Pure Coffee offers a range of high-quality green coffee beans primarily within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. There are no restrictions on who may purchase our products, except for standard legal restrictions such as age.

Order and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • Payment Details: Please transfer the total invoice amount to the following company account:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days following payment confirmation. Orders cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping: We do not offer international shipping; delivery is restricted to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Delivery Times: Expected delivery times range from 1 to 4 business days.

Returns and Refunds

  • Damaged Goods: Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases of damaged goods received.
  • Return Process: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of product receipt, accompanied by proof of damage.

Privacy and Security

  • Data Protection: We commit to protecting customer information with the highest standards of security and privacy.
  • Secure Transactions: All payments are processed via bank transfers to ensure transaction security.

Accounts

  • Account Creation: Customers must create an account to purchase from our website.
  • Account Security: Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details.
  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate our terms and conditions.

  • Product Use: We are not liable for incorrect use of products or any resulting damages.

تقدم شركة البن النقي مجموعة من حبوب القهوة الخضراء عالية الجودة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. لا توجد قيود على من يمكنه شراء منتجاتنا، باستثناء القيود القانونية مثل العمر.

الطلب والدفع

تأكيد الطلب: يتم تأكيد الطلبات عند استلام الدفعة كاملة.

    تفاصيل الدفع: يرجى تحويل المبلغ الإجمالي للفاتورة إلى الحساب البنكي التالي:

    وقت المعالجة: يتم معالجة وشحن الطلبات خلال 1 إلى 4 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع. لا يمكن إلغاء أو تعديل الطلبات بعد تأكيدها.

    الشحن والتوصيل

    الشحن المحلي: لا نقدم خدمة الشحن الدولي؛ الشحن مقتصر على المملكة العربية السعودية فقط.

    أوقات التوصيل: تتراوح أوقات التوصيل من 1 إلى 4 أيام عمل.

    الإرجاع والاسترداد

    البضائع التالفة: يتم قبول الإرجاع أو الاسترداد فقط في حال استلام بضائع تالفة.

    عملية الإرجاع: يجب تقديم طلبات الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام من استلام المنتج التالف، مع توفير دليل على التلف.

    الخصوصية والأمان

    حماية البيانات: نلتزم بحماية معلومات العملاء وفقًا لأعلى معايير الأمان والخصوصية.

    المعاملات الآمنة: تتم جميع المعاملات المالية عبر التحويلات البنكية لضمان الأمان.

    الحسابات

    إنشاء الحساب: يتطلب من العملاء إنشاء حساب لإجراء الشراء من الموقع.

    أمان الحساب: يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية معلومات تسجيل الدخول لحساباتهم.

    إنهاء الحساب: نحتفظ بالحق في إنهاء أو تعليق الحسابات التي تنتهك الشروط والأحكام.

    ملكية المحتوى: جميع المحتويات، بما في ذلك النصوص والصور والعلامات التجارية، هي ملك لشركة البن النقي ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
